What to do to get out of the house with a winter baby

FTM, having a Nov baby! I feel like all the books I read about the first few months talk about how important it is to get out with your baby for your mental health. I love walking outside but I live in a very cold place so I'm worried about walking outside with a stroller during the winter months (dec-mar). I am scared my mental health will take a toll. Any ideas to get out for new moms in the winter? And any tips about not being too worried about germs around that time with the activities would be very appreciated!!

How many bottles

I am a FTM who will be exclusively formula feeding due to medical reasons. How many bottles should I get to start out? Some people have recommended just getting a bottle sampler box from babylist (has 5 different ones) to start out with and see which one my baby likes best and then get more. Does that sound like a good plan? I have no idea if that is a good idea or if I need more right away. Thanks!

This is my first (and last) pregnancy. I'm 14 weeks in with hyperemesis gravidarum and I feel like I'm dying. I get fluids three times a week and I'm having to get a picc line placed. Nothing about my pregnancy so far has felt magical. Everyone I tell that this is going to be my only pregnancy always tells me that things will change in the second trimester or that "I'll forget one the baby is born". But I don't WANT to forget this because I don't ever want to risk going through it again. Everyone is also telling me that it's sad to not give my kid a sibling but I feel like as long as they are socialized it will be fine. Idk guess I'm just looking for some support. Anyone else one and done bc of HG?
