I just had an ultrasound done and it showed pelvic congestion syndrome on my left side. veins are 8.5mm

i also have pretty bad varicose and spider veins on my left calf and just below my knee

i get heaviness in my left leg, it gets very sore and my veins swell a ton when im on my feet for a while

i get left pelvic pain quite often too, im honestly just shocked to get this diagnosis because i guess i just lived with it for so long i didn’t know it was anything serious.

im also curious about may thurner syndrome as well?

i suppose im just looking to chat and get some advice on next steps (obviously will be taking with my doctor too)

this was just such a huge shock to me

so i had a positive ana a couple months ago (1:320) and i have a range of random symptoms (some being joint pain, nerve pain/issues, fatigue and more)

my ra factor blood test came back exactly 20 and my ena came back negative just today

im struggling because i was so hoping to have a positive or some answers. i hate the waiting game and i hate not having answers.

any advice on how to deal with just being in limbo? it sucks.
