First half marathon this weekend, last minute advice!!

Hey guys! I'm running my first ever half marathon this weekend!

I've been training for ~5 months and started from ground zero. It's been going really well and I'm pretty proud of the progress I've made. However, this week leading up to the race I feel like I've hit a low. I reduced my milage this week in preparation and have been going on shorter runs (2-4miles), but have really been struggling. Before this I was doing a lot of different distances but with longer runs (10-12 miles) mixed in and was feeling great.

Overall I'm just feeling really down on myself and I think it may be more of a mental block because I'm pretty nervous for the race, but I would appreciate any last minute advice you all can share!
