Hair thinner

Hair thinner

So in the end of September I began to feel faint. Got a blood test and my Vitamin D levels were incredibly low (9). Ferritin had been at 106. I was put on supplements and my levels increased, but at the time I had noticed some thinner hairs. However, I have been having periods of stress since then, with the highest happening in February. This is currently my biggest stressor and is what has been plaguing my mind.

I had noticed the parting in my scalp was looking a little more bare and so I worried and told my mom. I was recommend to try a Dandruff shampoo (since I get ocassional flakes and red bumps) to help. It has only been a week so of course, I won't notice a difference. But I did notice yesterday that all of my hair appears to be thinner than normal. I do plan to see a dermatologist as I want to get a regular checkup for my skin, but have held off on it due to money. Could this be from my high stress and recovery from low vitamin D? Could it also be my shampoo?

I have been using mise en scene Hyaluronic 5+ and the biotin shot serum, or my Prose shampoo and conditioner. This whole situation is stressing me out. 🥲
