Mamdani counts on increased handgun license revenue for $127b budget plan
Appears to be an increase in total revenue, not individual fees. Buried in the NY Post article linked below.

I‘m planning a ride for August or September. Pacfic Coast Highway from northern Cali all the way down to the end near LA. I plan on splitting it in two week long rides, parking my bike at a friend near San Fran, flying home, and resuming a few weeks later.
Any tips from anyone on the ride, now that the stretch in Big Sur is reopened? I assume I am going to the correct direction since the pull offs will be ocean side. What are the not to miss places and side trips?
