Why is my screen time being recorded wrong?

Opened screen time today as I was curious and absolutely gobsmacked at the numbers for today and the rest of the week, which I know aren’t true as I’m never on my phone more than 2h30m total on weekdays due to work

I know I haven’t been on instagram for 2h5m or on the LNER train app as long as it says, and then other times are too high for other apps. Does it count apps being open & idle in the background towards the time on that app? Noticed the times listed in most used (second photo) add up to more than the time stated in the main graph so confused about this as well

And with instagram does it somehow link to it being open on my windows laptop - would be an instagram issue for this if it is then?

Burning HEVC videos onto a DVD

My parents have some home movies on their iPhones and I would like to burn them onto DVDs so they can be kept forever. The movies are between 30 minutes and 1 hour long but in the HEVC format which iPhone likes but no other software does (can't download the codec to play them on their laptop either). Is there any good software where I can upload the videos from the phone that converts into the DVD-video format which I can then burn onto a DVD using DVDstyler or any other recommend app? Have had a google but there's so many different software to do this and none mention being able to handle HEVC.

Project to learn SQL

Wanting to attempt a project looking into app costs on the apple app store & google play and calculating average/user download at different price points/different app genres etc as a way to start learning SQL and get more confident with python. Would this be a good project to do to learn SQL or is it more of a python-only project?

Data analysis internship for PhD UK

Currently doing a wet-lab microbio PhD in the UK and have got into learning python/SQL as I’m enjoying analysing the data I get from experiments (mainly just growth curves though so not a big range). Saw that there’s data analyst jobs but think I’d want to try the career first before properly pursuing it, especially as I’m not a confident or competent coder, so are there any internships in this field for PhD students with limited coding knowledge who are willing to learn?

What’s the opinion on using the Mimo app for learning to code?

I know basic python & SQL and would like to improve my skills and keep seeing ads for Mimo, seems like a Duolingo-style app but to learn programming languages. Has anyone used this / know anything about it and would you recommend? I do also have VSC / MySQL workbench which I use for main projects but just thought of using Mimo as an easy bit of practice on my phone.

Telling difference between DS's

Sold my DS and 3DS 10+ years ago and really wanting to get another one to play all the games again (think the DS games are still at my parents). I noticed there's a DSi which seems to be better than the DS lite and I don't fancy a 3DS again, but how do you tell the difference between them on Facebook listings which just say Nintendo DS?
