
My mum used to get Sohan Halwa from Ajmer, Rajasthan, and I loved them as a kid. Tried making it today.
It's made from caramelizing sugar in ghee and adding a 1:1 mix of Milk Powder and Flour. Took a total of 30 minutes to make (including the prep time), and tasted DELICIOUS. Not too sweet, but it's definitely gonna give u a sweet tooth–it gets stuck to your teeth😅–but it's worth it! Aaj Maine banaya🧡
