How would you try to improve the seam when using outer/inner wall order?

The vertical indent is part of the model (I try to hide the seam with it), the problem are the uneven horizontal lines next to it. Same thing happens if I move the seam e.g. to a rounded corner.

There are areas of the outer wall where the wall thickness is only 0.6mm, hence having to use outer/inner, otherwise the thin wall's frames are going to be visible.

Things I tried:
- material is calibrated properly
- lowering the pressure advance a little didn't make a difference
- arachne doesn't work for this model
- increasing the outer wall line width made the overall wall quality worse
- scarf seam has the same issues, but I haven't tried many parameter combinations yet
- moving the seam to different areas didn't have an effect
