SR effectiveness for RLS?
Hi all, quick background: I'm about to start SR for a long-time heavy kratom habit that recently involves 7OH as well. Been at about 50 gpd kratom for a few years, and only messed with 7OH for the last 2 months but pretty quickly got up to 180-200 mg per day. Have cut the 7OH down to 60-75 mg per day over the last week to prepare for SR.
My question is about RLS on SR. Curious if anyone (specifically those who have experienced bad RLS before) has found SR is able to keep it away/minimal? I've CT'ed kratom a number of times over the years and RLS is literally the one and only feature I can't seem to get past each time.
From reading through, it sounds like SR keeps it away for some but not for others. Same seems to be true for liposomal vitamin C megadosing. WD symptoms obviously vary a lot person to person, and my guess is if RLS is always the worst part for you, SR may not be able to keep it away fully. But would love to hear if anyone's experience has proven otherwise!
