Would 3 people be able to live (somewhat) comfortably in Portland with a combined total of 97K a year?
Assuming that the 3 were roommates, had no college debt, paid off cars, and none of them planned to have children. I realize this is a fairly niche set of circumstances, but most discussions of affordability in Portland (or any city, really) focus for good reason on either single living, or family living.
