Does the PDU that comes with the E7 Flow have a surge protector?
Tl:Dr: title + is the PDU actually good?
Built like 90% of the desk, but the PDU doesn't inspire confidence in me. I'm a Belkin guy, and I was gonna try and use my Belkin inside the cable management, but alas, the cable is too short. That leaves me with either buying another or using the one that came with the desk, but I am ULTRA iffy on using it to protect a very expensive machine.
So, is the PDU actually any good? The exterior feels fancy, but I care about the innards. I can't find any QA info on the net, and I have no idea about what tests it might've been through.
