Reddit Anti-zip-tie Authority-Approved Image*

For those of you who hyperventilate when you see me post a 10-plus-hour build that requires over 200 zip ties…

Here we have hook-and-loop heaven, achieved in a mere half-hour.

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself - Part 6.

This one came in for a PSU upgrade.

…and left with a Mercy Management, thanks to my all-encompassing intolerance of loose wires.

My cause is just, and i will stop at nothing.

I think a half-dozen is good for one night, but standby for more examples of Bear’s Mercy Management; as long as I maintain my compulsion, there will be many more to come!

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself - Part 5.

Customer wanted his OG Strimers replaced with the new wireless ones. The cabling in the rear was so gnarly that the back panel was bulging, duct taped shut, and had broken a retention clip in the chassis.

The first picture is what literally spilled out when I cut the tape holding it shut. Last picture is everything I removed that was unnecessary in the first place.

I might have a problem…

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself - Part 4.

This one came in for a mobo/GPU swap…

The cable management was 100% fueled by my own anxiety though.

I don’t think I can stop.

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself - Part 3.

PC came in for a CPU swap and cooler upgrade…

But it damn sure wasn’t gonna leave looking like that, not on my watch!

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself - Part 2.

Another one I just couldn’t let go.

This one came in for a software issue, but when I opened the back, I just couldn’t take it, and out came the zips and snips…

I told you, this happens a lot.

Might become a series…

Mercy Management: I literally couldn’t help myself.

New build, no POST, no problem. But…

When I saw the back side of the machine, my OCD took over and I had to do a 15 minute tidy-up for the sake of my own sanity. No charge to the customer, just a long, deep sigh from my brain.
