What is your take on Loyalty platforms (saas)?
I've seen a lot of posts from loyalty experts on LinkedIn and my brain is kind of flooded with this content. what is your take on these platforms, are they worth investing into? (For Example Fiona Thompson from Loyalty Lion, I like her Hot or Not series.)
