If Bruce did kill the joker, how do you think his and Jason’s relationship would differ to canon?
Like part of Jason’s anger upon return is the Joker still being alive, whilst also Tim having taken up the role of Robin.
If Batman had succeeded in killing the Joker, what do you think would change (if anything) about Jason’s return and his relationship with Bruce?
On the one hand I think part of their conflict would be removed, but I think part of Jason’s anger wasn’t just that he wasn’t “avenged” but that Bruce couldn’t save him in the first place. Then this being added to feeling replaced when he realises Bruce has a new Robin.
I have so many thought’s about it but would love to hear others thoughts as well!
(also to be explicitly clear: by ‘relationship’ i mean the father-son, mentor-mentee, vigilante-sidekick relationship they had, pls dont be weird)
