TLDR Buy a Fleshight to train with. Stop training to cum faster, train to last as long as you can. Takes deep breathes, don't hold your breath. Relax your anus. Try the stop mid-pee exercises. Try not to over-think it. 50% is mental, 25% is breathing and 25% is relaxing the muscles
My first time having sex as a teen I lasted less than a minute. And the 2 major ones that helped me were to breathe slower and take deeper breaths, and to relax your anus. You also want to be less tense overall.
I also tried the stop mid-pee exercise. I didn't do it religious but it did help with the mind muscle connection. If you don't know, basically as you are peeing, try to stop and hold it mid-pee. Do it a few times every time you pee. This mainly comes in handy latter when you are almost about to cum, then you can stop it just before, but ideally you don't want to get to this point.
Start very slow for a few minutes or whatever you can do, and work your way up to 30 minutes. Think of it as training yourself, not to cum as quick as you can. Start with just the head if you can't pleasure the whole shaft without getting to the point of no return. You also want take deep breathes (don't hold your breath). You want to relax your anus, so it's not tense. Sometimes you don't even realise you're tense, but when you learn to relax it, you can feel the tension go away.
The next thing is mental. Try not to get too worked up, you want to be aroused so you stay hard but not too aroused that you can't relax certain muscles.
Also try different positions, laying down and on my side I would also cum quicker, and standing up I could last longer. So when starting out try in positions where you can last longer.
