Red Light and NIR for Foreskin Restoration Question
I’ve already talked at length in the foreskin restoration community but wanted to get your opinions on this matter as well.
I have the EMR TEK inferno pro panel and I love it for my hair and skin. I’m obviously restoring my foreskin as the title gives away and I’ve been doing so for over two years (it’s been a world of a difference).
I’m now learning through the fr community and through research that the I want to grow flexible collagen and not scarring collagen. It seems that the jury is out if red light and nir light helps or hurts this process…
The research shows that low fluence increases fibroblasts and high fluence decreases it. But that’s just red light and not near infrared - that is just a black box rn.
What do you guys think? Does anyone know if NIR helps or hinders the flexible collagen (type III)?
