Channeling in sewer pipe

We just had our inspection for our first time home purchase. I was wondering how bad the channeling on this pipe looked/ if it could be fixed with cipp as opposed to trenching up the yard. Or if it’s so bad it needs to be fully dug up on which case lots of negotiations will be needed.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

I know this has been asked to death I just want someone other my lender to tell me we’re on track-or myself.

We’re going into a house at 315000. We will be putting 10% down at 5.35% interest rate. 120k gross income. Only other debt is a $300 a month payment.

Are we as “okay” as I think we are?

Thanks so much for even looking.
