2nd pregnancy very high risk

Hi everyone, I just found out a few days ago that I am pregnant. I am exactly 5 weeks along. My first pregnancy was back in 2018 and produced my son. I was very very sick my entire pregnancy. Never technically diagnosed with HG, but threw up many times a day for months on end. In my 35th week, I developed Eclampsia. It practically appeared overnight. Ever since this event, my kidneys have slowed way down and I was ultimately diagnosed with chronic kidney disease a year ago. When I found out I was pregnant earlier this week, I called my OB right away. She sent me for blood work and I have to go every 48 hours. First round went well with progesterone 37 and HCG 1200. But my kidney values were elevated. I am anxiously awaiting today's results. I have to keep going every 48 hours until my 6 week ultrasound and visit. Has anybody dealt with a similar experience??? Either severe preeclampsia/or eclampsia which resulted in lasting kidney damage, and then conceiving again? Did you have a normal pregnancy the 2nd time ?? I am SO nervous and just want confirmation that everything is ok. How do you keep yourself sane waiting for every lab result, as well as waiting for your 1st appt?? Thankfully they aren't making me wait til 10 weeks like they typically would in a low risk pregnancy. My phone is glued to my hand waiting for that mychart notification after my labs. I am also waiting to hear back from nephrology to see what they want me to do. Waiting is not easy!!! Any advice is appreciated.

*****************UPDATE - as of Wednesday AM - I went out and bought a test. And everyone was correct!! It is definitely + . I am a little in shock right now cuz I really had it in my head that it was perimenopause. If it wasn't for you all I probably wouldn't have tested. Thanks everyone for the support.

Hi everyone. Looking for anyone that has been in a similar situation. I just turned 40 and am TTC for 1 year. I had some blood work done about a month ago. It showed my AMH was .59 and FSH of 17. My obgyn says the results are showing I have a decreased ovarian reserve. I'm not sure if this is the same thing as being in perimenopause??? I have no classic symptoms of peri. Up until now, my period has come every 27-30 days and I receive positive OPK's at the same time each month - between days 14-18. So everything seems normal. This past Saturday May 2nd would have been exactly 28 days and my period is due. It is now Tuesday and no period. I am not even having any symptoms of my period except for swollen breasts and lower right sided back pain (which could be anything). I've never taken an LH test strip before my period so on a whim I took one Sunday ( day 29) to my shock, it was positive. Not just a little bit, but IMMEDIATELY turned dark before i even took the strip out of the cup. Took a picture in premom app and it's showing T-C ratio of 2.6. Normally during my cycle it goes up to maybe 1.5 at most when I'm at peak. And then the rest of the month I am below a .2 on any given day. I tested again yesterday, and again today. So 3 days in a row. ALL are showing immediate positives and a level of 2.6.  is this a sign of perimenopause., and  the start of my an irregular period?? Checked CM and it's creamy but definitely not egg white like it is during peak ovulation. My cervix feels completely closed. Doesn't it open a little bit before a period ? No other symptoms of an actual ovulation so I am very positive that it is not a "later than expected ovulation". Any advice is appreciated!! thanks for reading.

Wondering if anybody knows where Jines gets their bread from? Specifically, their Sourdough. For whatever reason, no other diner I've been to compares to Jines. I always get it on my sandwiches. Everything else tastes basic, and not much different from white bread.

Thanks!!
