Washing detergent for frequent sports wear

Those of you who work out regularly like almost every day if not every other day, please suggest what’s a good washing detergent. I realise some are not that good and my clothes still have sweat smell. Not sure if it’s brand specific …

I know it could be some clothing material deteriorating overtime with frequent use and wash. What I try to do is rinse and soak my clothes in soapy solution then wash next day (need to gather more clothes per load)

Anyone has better suggestions?

Been seeing a few gym goers / weight lifters using these at the gym. I can’t seem to find a physical store here but anyone uses these for gym and can share some feedback?

Looking to get one myself but was hoping to try sizing

If you are in the Alexandra vicinity or visiting IKEA, do check out the restaurant above. Im not affiliated but I went there as a paying customer yesterday and really liked the food there. And I hope they stay on as I understand they are struggling with foot traffic too. So trying to spread the word.

We had:

  1. peranakan laksa

  2. fish soup

  3. Curry chicken with rice

All 3 were really tasty and the laksa was especially delicious! Pls do extend your support.

My go to recipe for making bulk portion. Pro tip: buy master grocer frozen minced beef x 2 packs, La Molissana Passata (or other brand also can), cook in a pot - portion it based on your requirements and vacuum seal or in bags 2 container. You will have supply of bolognese!

Some of you may be asking what’s the points - just eat the real thing? I geddit but in my case as much as I loveeee tiramisu, I can’t take it as it contains raw eggs. Anyway one night while doomscrolling I came across this reel and was so intrigued by it

I’ve made it twice since and I love it! And is it close to real thing? It’s quite similar to be honest altho there’s a slight salty taste due to the cottage cheese but I wasn’t bothered much by it. Try it and if you know of a better one let me know!

Easiest meal prep and a common staple as I love ochazuke so much. Salmon is miso marinated and air fried. Paired with rice and ochazuke seasoning available in Donki or furikake works as well. Top it with green tea and chefs kiss!

Miso Salmon

3-4 salmon fillets (I get frozen ones from ikea or SS)

4 tbsp kewpie mayo

1 tbsp white miso paste

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp mirin or honey

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp soy sauce

Air fry 180C til golden.
