Why only physical harrasment is considered ???

My boyfriend harasses me mentally

Calls me by any gaali possible when he is in the anger.

He lowers down my confidence. Makes me feel useless and 'boz' to the earth. Doubts on my character everytime. I even fear to text any other boy.

Reached out to counselling centre but he is not ready to breakup with me and can't even file ICC as he does 'Mental Harrasment'

Please let me know whom to reach out?
