I guess Mrs. George was not it:(
I’m probably just over complicating it in my mind, but I struggle to recognize vanishing points and if something is in 2 or 3 point perspective. I mostly just draw what I see rather than acknowledging the balance of it all. My boyfriend has tried explaining it to me and drawing some reference guides with cubes, horizon lines and vanishing points, but something just isn’t clicking for me when applying it to urban sketching. Any tips, links, videos or books would be very much appreciated!
Update on my update: everything is going wrong. The photo printer isn’t working, one of my registers is down $75 and I can barely leave the register long enough to get anything done. 😭
You may or may not remember my post the other day asking for tips on working FS by myself. Well, the other gal now won’t be joining me, so I’ll be solo until 10 and will be locking up with the pharmacy. Any tips on how to do deposit by yourself? I have 8 drawers and 2 ACOs I’ll need to count and finalize before the pharmacy leaves. I about lost my mind trying to finish them on Monday and I had help until 8pm that day.

My previous post hehehehe
This Friday I will be solo from 4-9pm. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. I’ve worked solo a few times now and each time has been pretty rough. This Friday in particular I will have help from 9pm-12am. I’ll need to find a way to squeeze the bulk of the closing tasks into those hours, including drawers/deposit and also getting my lunch in. We’ve been getting a lot of pressure from our SM on Fridays and Saturdays to be more available to customers during 5-9pm because it’s our busiest and lowest rated time by customers. How do yall get through those solo shifts? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
How did everyone do?? This is my 3rd time ever getting a 5 star look:)
