Employee of the Season - Betul

I said this in another post but I swear to God, I will be pissed if she isn't promoted at the end of this season. She's so hardworking, level headed and such a breath of fresh air amid the shit show happening around her.

I hope Bravo is lurking through the posts and can see how much the fans adore her. Just goes to show that we are not in it for the drama. There needs to be a better balance between the two. I want to see someone with passion who succeeds. Not a bunch of wannabe influencers who half ass their job and stir the pot (*cough* MIKE *cough*). Where is the teamwork?

No Mike, we're not.

The H.O.D joke may have been funny the first time around but it got old fast. You can't call yourself a "class clown" if no one is laughing with you... at that point, you're just a bully. I'm honestly surprised no one punched him but then again, he was only ever taunting the girls, not the guys. I thought it was interesting that he thought he could get away with disrespecting Daisy, would he have done the same to Joao?

His apology was so insincere and his whole "using entertainment as a release" was a crock of shit. Please Bravo, for the love of God, no more "personality hires".

I also don't understand who made him "Judge Judy" and decide to go after Jenna because he didn't like how things were between her and Eddy, despite the fact that Eddy was playing games first.

So glad I don't have to see his face anymore...

After the last episode (S04E13) of BDDU where I noticed Ellie's hair all over the food, I was trying to remember if she had her hair up when she was a stew. So, I decided to take one for the team and rewatch Below Deck Med season 9.

In S09E04, Ellie was teaching Bri how to clean (image timestamp: 23:08). Oftentimes the crew carries out turn downs for cabins which includes cleaning the bathrooms between serving courses at meal time (hence the black dress). This season, she wears a higher pony but her hair is still hanging down. I'm sure they are cleaning their hands before serving but I can't help but be grossed out having hair that most likely grazed a toilet seat, near the plates....

For someone who was so concerned with looking "professional", why doesn't she have a hairnet or at the very least, PUT HER HAIR UP!

I was so grossed out watching her prepare meals while her hair grazes (glazes?) the food when she was reaching for another tortilla. I can't imagine the number of other violations the cameras didn't capture...
