My father in law gave me two pairs of boots. Tony Lama Lizard and a pair of Lucchese Gator. I’ve worn the Tony with no issues they look great with dark jeans. The issue are the gators, he said he didn’t wear them a lot and they feel stiff. My instep the top of my foot goes in and then stops, I can’t push my heel down. They are full gator including the shaft handmade, can they be stretched?
