I don't need location service to be turn on all the time but I want to see the weather on my lockscreen so can i set it to only show single city instead of current location?

I'm using my fitness tracker but it doesn't have gps so it's use phone gps but when I'm using power saving mode it's does not show my location and when I turn it off It it's not enough to finish my training

My fit 3 stop connecting to my phone a few weeks ago so I send it for repair, but they rejected my warranty for literally no reason so i bought mi band 10. So I just want to say thank you all for being such a nice and helpful community, and Thank you for your interest and continuing my challenge, I had a great time participating in it. And thank you for all the help and nice comments ☺️
