I had no idea about the merge or update until it happened today. Customer service was rude about it, I'm now a forced T mobile member. Do i leave to find a new carrier or how do others feel? I did not appreciate not having an official warning, not sure what this actually means for my account and how my phone will operate. It's not the end of the world, but incredibly unprofessional with the lack of communication and that alone makes me want to leave. How do yall feel?
