Only got recently asked to upload a photo ID for a purchase. Tried scanning my new Citizen Card but no matter what angle I take it from, it keeps getting rejected for the image quality even though the pictures are perfect. Is this common or would it be because my ID is brand new?

Anyone interested in any rare UK hip hop vinyl here? Got quite a few limited Blah Records releases for sale.
