I don’t remember my adobe password, I tried resetting my password but it still asks for the code sent to my no longer working phone number even when I asked to use a code sent to my email.

I asked the agent if I could provide my card details to be able to reset my password and I was told there was nothing they could do. Anyone run into this issue? If I contact an agent again and just ask to cancel my membership will they still give me the run around based on my phone number?
