So there’s this guy I’ve known through family for years, but since 2024 I started noticing him because he keeps staring at me—like intense eye contact, not looking away even if I catch him.

This has happened multiple times at different events over 2 years. But here’s the confusing part: he has never tried to talk to me, never followed me on Instagram (even though he follows a lot of girls), and never made any move at all.

Sometimes he even skips events where I’m there.

My sister says it’s just casual and I’m overthinking, but the way he looks feels very intentional and very deep!

So I want honest opinions:
Is this just normal behavior and I’m reading too much into it, or does it actually mean something?
