I have a bike which I rode from haryana state to Bangalore. do I need to register here and get KA number? or is it possible to change it to BH number plate so I can take it anywhere?

I am planning a bike ride from Bangalore to Varkala tomorrow. is it a good idea in this weather? how is the weather in varkala? is surfing allowed nowadays?
