2.5mm after Hysteroscopy: Looking for Ideas/Hope

Hi All, I'm hoping someone here may have some insight, experiences, or ideas to share. I had undiagnosed placenta accreta with my daughter, born in 2021, and an emergency D&C to remove the placenta. IUD placed 6 weeks later. I had very light periods (more like spotting) for the next 3 years, but chalked it up to the IUD. Once that was removed in 2024, I was on the mini-pill for about a year (once again, when I brought up the light periods to my OB, they dismissed it as part of my body adjusting to the pills). Stopped the pill in May 2025, still had light periods, dismissed by OB again as an adjustment. Saw an REI after 6 months of trying to conceive (I'm 37), and he immediately suspected Asherman's. Had a hysteroscopic adhesiolysis in January 2026. He saw extensive scarring, which was blocking my right tube entirely, but said he thought it was all removed. Estrogen followed by provera to prevent re-scarring. My lining ever since has never measured above 2.54 mm, at any point in my cycle. That's including on Gonal-F, oral and vaginal estradiol. Normal HSG in February 2026, normal SIS in April 2026. After this most recent estrogen trial failed to raise the lining (May 2026), he seems to be indicating I'm out of options. I'm desperate for other ideas: has anything worked for anyone else? Does any of what I'm describing resonate with your case? I tried joining the Asherman's facebook group, but they keep rejecting me because I have a new profile (I'm not otherwise on social media so I made the account just to join). Thank you!!
