Godox Ml100Bi for filming a vlog outdoors?

Is it gonna be enough to just light up my face? What light modifiers should I use that is portable to carry? The Ml100Bi with the reflector itself hurts my eyes without any modifiers. I'll be using the light on a cold shoe. If you have a good setup suggestion for outdoor vlogs, please let me know. Thank you in advance

Ml100Bi mount not compatible with the ML-GB(bowen's mount)

This is my first ever lighting setup. If I put it on the other side, I can't tilt my light up and down if I put my bowen's mount adapter.
