[TOMT] [TV SHOW] [Late 80s/early 90s] Obscure, possibly British kids show from the late 80s or early 90s with one specific episode that scared me as a really little kid

I vividly remember one specific scene from this show, it is two kids, possibly a brother and sister aged somewhere between 10-14ish with the girl being slightly older, and they're covered from head to toe in honey or some other sticky substance. I *think* they were trapped overnight in a department store or maybe an office building, and I feel like they were trying to get out through air vents or something and somehow ended up covered in honey or something similar. There was maybe a security guard chasing them but I am not 100% sure

I was VERY little when I watched this so it would have to be late 80s/early 90s, and I lived in outback Australia with only 2 TV channels so I'd say this was very likely on ABC Australia, and therefore very likely to be British because most of our kids programming was. I don't think it was Australian, and I guess it could have been American but we really weren't getting much US kids TV back then so British is definitely most likely.

When I think about it, I think of the weird British kids show from that era that had T-Bag and T-Shirt and the magic spoons, I feel like it was similar to that but it wasn't that show.

I don't think it was supposed to be scary but I would have been maybe 5ish when I watched it and I remember being really scared by them all covered in honey in the empty building.

It's possible it was a movie and I'm misremembering but I am pretty sure it was a TV show

That's all I remember and I was so young so maybe I have two episodes of the same show mixed up or something I don't know, but this specific image of them covered in honey/goo is burned into my brain and it drives me nuts trying to remember what it's from
