Does anyone know why they closed? The place always seemed busy.

I have a client who is asking for his primary bedroom cooling to get down to 50-52F and I can't find any sort of split unit that goes lower than 60F.

Are there any other options? Maybe a wine cellar chiller?

I have a client who is building a new home in Park City, but it will not be completed until late 2027.

He needs a place to store a roughly 800 bottle wine collection in the meantime, as his current home is under contract to be sold.

I'm aware of Mountain Wine Storage in Heber, but was wondering if there are any other, closer options.

The requirements for a storage spot are:

• Temperature and humidity-controlled
• WiFi or hotspot cell coverage for monitoring
• Secure

If anyone has any ideas, they would be most appreciated.
