[ALB] Can I work in the same company as my cousin, or could it be considered as conflict of interest?

My cousin works at the IT department, I want to work in HR. We don’t share the same last name but I can’t keep it hidden also. I am afraid that they might say that because we are relatives, it’s unprofessional and conflict of interest. I have the interview coming up and I was thinking of mentioning my cousin as the one who introduced me to the company to also let them know I am familiar with the company, but then I thought what if they see this as a bad thing?

What do you guys think?

Got an interview for Junior HR that I REALLY want to get.

hello everyone, I have an interview for a junior HR position that I really want to get!! I know it sounds cliche by saying I really want it, but this is my dream position, company and work conditions!

I am 22 and have no past experience in HR, have done a couple internships that are really good, which I will mention but again, they were not specifically HR.

Already got through CV screening phase which is a relief and success because the company is prestigious and very hard to get into. I REALLY don’t want to mess this up!

I need all the advice and insights I can get!! :)))))

First interview is with HR and they’ll ask general questions and test my English.

Don’t have much experience with interviews so I don’t even know how one should behave and talk lol.

English is not my first language so that’s another reason to be nervous even though my english is alright.

Help a girl out!!

Have a great day everyone!
