Hellooo this is a long shot but I'm looking to move into a 1 bedroom in LV/LP around September (flexible), hoping I can miss a bit of the rental market craziness by then. Being close to the lake and nature, and also not far from downtown is important to me which is why I am prioritizing this area. I don't need too many amenities, just something that isn't a shoebox lol. If anybody has any insight or knows of any vacancies coming up, please let me know. Thank you!! :)

I used to not smoke that often but since February I have had really bad physical anxiety and just wake up with this sense of dread that lingers throughout the day. I got a pen and have been using that which helps with keeping me calm but I'd ideally like to not have to rely on it. I also got out of a long term relationship back earlier this year so I think once I am out of the apartment I will feel better too.

I'm seeing a psychiatrist soon to hopefully get a new dosage for my SSRI and maybe a beta blocker, but besides that I'd welcome any tips to self soothe and regulate. Thank you. :)
