In flushed away the video game (2006) the outro card has a question mark at the end, implying the adventures might continue, this is a reference to this game giving me false hope for a sequel to flushed away for years…

In chuck (2007-2012), it will forever be the biggest missed opportunity that he never said “don’t fuck with the chuck” even once in the series.

So, where is this footage from?

In the episode dome alone, SpongeBob is briefly “attacked” by a gorilla in the jungle, it cuts to this live action footage of the ape (who’s obviously played by a man in a costume, much like I had an accident), but it looks like it came from some weird movie, possibly one old enough to be public domain. Does anyone know where it came from? Is it footage from some B-horror movie, or did the SpongeBob team film this themselves?

I’ll be honest and say this episode isn’t that bad, not good mind you, but not as awful as everyone makes it out to be…

I don’t care how many downvotes this gets, this episode is so over hated that it basically overshadows the rest of the series, which is too bad because fosters is in my opinion one of the best CN shows. While I get that it’s definitely frustrating to see characters we’ve grown to care about get unfairly blamed for stuff they didn’t do while no one believes them while an obvious jerk laughs at their misfortune, as well as the little bastard getting away Scott free (among other things) I’ll list 10 reasons why this episode isn’t as bad as others say:

1.we’re definitely not supposed to like Bendy, so the writers technically achieved their goal.

2.its only 11 minutes, while most episodes go to 20, so it’s mercifully short.

3.the whole trickster frames innocent characters is a cartoon trope that’s been around for years, and done to a much more frustrating level (heck if you can’t stand this episode, stay away from kid vs kat).

4.at least the main characters remain likeable (unlike the surprise party episode which almost ruined Bloo and the whole show for me, almost…)

5.when compared to other infamous episodes likes boys of bummer (in which a whole town bullies a child to attempt suicide) or a pal for Gary (which a owner is extremely neglectful to the point his pet almost dies and he’s mad at him) an episode about a jerk framing others for stuff he did is a walk in the park.

6:while I do like Bloo, he can be kinda a selfish person, so at least it’s not happening to a totally innocent person (not that he deserves it).

7:the episode could easily be saved if Bloo just kept his mouth shut at the end, while this is barely a positive, it at least means that it is possible to fix this episode (unlike something like say, ren seeks help or any adult party cartoon episode where the only way to make those episodes good is to start over from scratch).

8:at least we get to see bendy suffer a bit, seeing him get sprayed with ink and panicking, trying to get a picture off his hand that’s glued on, then almost drowning was cathartic to watch.

9: the concept of an imaginary friend made from a kid who causes mischief then blames it on the IF, who then comes to life is an interesting one.

10:Bendy (like all the imaginary friends in the series) does have a good character design: he looks like a dr Seuss character, but his smile and eyebrows make it clear that he’s going to be a bad guy.

Overall while it’s not my favourite episode by far, I do find it unfortunate that whenever this show is brought up this one episode that doesn’t come close to being the worst episode of a cartoon is usually one of the first things people mention, especially since the rest if the show (most of it) is truly amazing and creative, fosters home deserves to be remembered for its best episodes!

In shadow the hedgehog (2005) in one of the endings, shadow realizes that he caused a lot of destruction, and says he should have never been created, Vector says “don’t go there, yet…” this is because Vector is the best therapist ever!

In the Simpsons game (2007) Will Wright says that once there’s a new better Simpsons game, he’ll destroy the family in the game. However since they haven’t made a new Simpsons game (not counting iPhone games) since 2007, that means the ones you see in this game are still alive.

Yes, because shooting or beating up pixels is more likely to make me aggressive than killing a bird for crapping on the deck.

So, has death battle actually gotten you to into a franchise, or at least check out a piece of media?

After this battle I decided to watch Buffy the vampire slayer, so far I’m enjoying the series! I saw the clips and information from her part of the video and thought it looked like a fun series, then I saw it was available to watch on streaming, keep in mind when the show came out I wasn’t even born yet, and when it ended I was a toddler, so I didn’t get the chance to experience it when it was new.

So tell me: did you become a fan of something thanks to death battle? Let me know.

In euphoria (2019) the show has multiple scenes pandering to creepy and gross fetishes including people acting like animals, giantess, and even a dog licking up a woman’s diarrhoea. This is a reference to why the hell is this show popular?

Starfox 64 (1997) is such a great game that when fans demanded every game from the franchise going forward be like it, they remade it time and time again, this is because the main villain is literally a pair of monkey paws (and head).
