Before I get comments saying "SpongeBob has no canon" Yeah yeah I know. This post is just for fun.
Since Nickelodeon has a (mostly) followed rule that their cartoon shows can't acknowledge that a final episode is the last episode, this likely means that SpongeBob won't get a definitive ending when that day eventually comes.
Since the first movie was originally planned to be the end, many have headcanoned it being the definitive end to the SpongeBob universe (I.E. Plankton stealing the formula and the Krusty Krab 2's opening) I too subscribe to this headcanon as the movie gives closure to SpongeBob's character arc as he accepts his childishness.
I just realized that for the episode “Pre-Hibernation Week,” Nickelodeon got an actual heavy metal band, Pantera, to produce music for the episode lol.
Im pretty sure the image I selected was fake but I saw some lost media about it and ive been searching for the dub on youtube and other platforms and cannot find it. I am a British citizen and ive never ever heard a british dub of spongebob for some reason? So if anyone got any information or videos I would aporeciate it.
Also thanks a lot Patrick for pulling the drain.
These were really fun! The packaging was all really amazingly done, packed full of references in each one. I will say some of the instructions weren't my favorite, like the Krabby Patty one. The Patty on the left is how I did it, and the one on the right is how the instructions wanted it. There was definitely some annoyances, like the little beads that were the peas in the Get A Job Soup and the eyes for the Gooberberry Sunrise, and the Chum was honestly really hard to work with and they don't give you quite enough of it (I harvested some from a dupe to get the full effect I wanted), but overall I hope they do a 2nd line of these honestly. Would love to see the Bad Breath Sundae
My bonuses are an extra Kelp one I did because I wanted to see the inside of the cereal and the chips, and wow! The detail is crazy. Setting up a little scene with them was very fun. I also included a look at all the packaging I kept, which was everything for the Krabby Patty, Kiddie Meal, and the Pretty Patties and everything from the mini Bikini Bottom. You can see how much love was packed in to the set from there, I love the references to things like Frozen Krabby Patties. If I had the time I'd take pictures of every detail, like the fact the Pretty Patty stuff says "Comes in 6 Designer Colors" on one side.
The photo was taken in 2008; originally, this ride is located at Six Flags in New Orleans. In 2005, a year after the ride had opened, Hurricane Katrina had flooded 80% of Louisiana, causing murky waters to stand still, ranging from heights at 5 ft to 8 ft tall.
The author of this photo is currently known (as to my knowledge), but we know it was posted in a thread on a forum about the park.
The last photo is an angle of the motion simulator after the insides were demolished; the blue building was a gift store and a snack stand, the green building was an entire motion simulator; and the red building was also a motion simulator, but later used as storage. If you're interested in more photos, either hit me up or check out the subreddit about Six Flags New Orleans.
