How easy is it to negotiate with Xfinity on pricing?

I’m about to move into a property where Xfinity is the provided internet service. I’m looking at their cheapest plan, which is $45/month. Do you think there’s any chance of getting that lowered a bit?

I already have my own router, if that helps.
