Ordered Highland Knob + Commander on 4/16, DHL shipping label created on 4/24. Tracking shows no movement. Is this normal?

EDIT: They finally replied to my email. They said “As you may have noticed, some of the items you selected were on pre-order” which is BS, their website said S3XY Knob + Commander was in stock when I ordered it. It even shows in stock right now. They said they will start shipping on May 9. Strange things going on at this company.
