3 days ago I posted that you cannot pay your bill online. When I called them. I was told that it has been down for 3 days prior to my call.

It is still down as of right now.

A "tech" company's online bill pay has been down for almost a week now.

I just tried to pay my bill on line and it appeared that their website was down. I called the help desk and they said their website has been down for the past 3 days and they are working on it.

How does a multimillion dollar company like this not have a functioning website for days on end?

They suggested that I try again tomorrow and maybe the site will be up.

Total clown show.
