Looking for insight about shipping experience (US Based)
If this is not an appropriate post here, please let me know but I am looking forward to ordering my first pair of boots soon and was hoping if anyone US based could speak on what sort of experience they have had recently when it comes to tariffs or import charges. I reached out to Grant Stone customer service and received what appeared to be an AI replay stating there were no further import charges. I followed up to confirm if Grant Stone covers any import fees themself because I was under the impression there would be charges and got a new replay stating the exact opposite of what I was previously told.
If anyone US based has recently received and order and could confirm what sort of tariffs or import duties you paid, I would be interested in hearing your experience just so I can get an idea of the total price I may potentially pay.
