I’ve noticed that many of my new listings are stuck at 0 views since the site crash last week. Even stuff I’ve listed in the past few days since things seem more back to normal.

Is anyone else experiencing this? The main reason I’m wondering is b/c these items are selling extremely well on other platforms. I know it’s absolutely not a “me” issue. This is my busy season so it’s incredibly odd (and worrying) that my items in the past week-ish are getting low to no views on eBay specifically. Usually eBay is my bread & butter, esp at this time of year.

My sales on my other primary selling platform are completely crushing my eBay numbers this year, which has never been the case before. I especially noticed it back in March/April, however since the site crash, it’s gotten even worse. I’m still making sales on eBay but having to run extreme sales to get any motion.

Anyone else experiencing the zero views thing? Possible glitch? Algorithm suddenly burying my listings? Any ideas?

I have been having insane issues with Ontrac recently that have now escalated to them delivering my packages after stated business hours and leaving packages ON THE STREET IN NYC, resulting in them being stolen.

I have repeatedly contacted them and they have done nothing to resolve the issues. Tonight, the driver left my package literally outside the front door of the business at 9pm (which closed at 7pm, with the business hours clearly written on the door) and of course it was stolen. I’m beyond furious. $600 of merchandise for my small business gone. The sheer stupidity of leaving a package on the street in the middle of NYC is beyond insane!

Does anyone know how to escalate this beyond their regular customer service? This negligence is destroying my small business and I am considering taking legal action against them.

Has anyone figured out a workaround? I’ve emailed Poshmark three times about this and they will not respond to my emails about this particular issue.

9+ months of getting the error message “Whoops! Your shopper list is still being created. Please try again later.” I’ve gone into my shopper tab and attempted to generate a list and it will not work. I’ve waited for it to load and it will never load.

I’ve missed out on being able to bundle at least 5 sales this past week alone and losing money. I’ve tried every possible workaround I’ve come across online and none of them work. I’ve tried desktop, different browsers, share button, EVERYTHING.

Has anyone out there been able to get this fixed?

Meanwhile I’m over here getting spammed with bundle comments from sellers I’m not even interested in. Ugh.
