I’ve been experiencing this issue consistently whenever I try to log in to my Flying Blue account. I tested multiple browsers and checked my spam folder, but the PIN never arrived. As a workaround, I created a new account using a non‑Gmail email address, and I was able to receive the PIN immediately. This makes me suspect the issue may be related to Gmail addresses, though I can’t say for certain. If you’re not receiving your PIN, try using a different email address... it worked for me.
