what is wrong with my skin and what can be done or should this piercing just be retired at this point? 😟 it gets scabby after a while.

my other high nostril is fine and all my piercings are titanium.

this has been going on for weeks and idk what to do because it’s driving me nuts… for context, my skin is totally going through it right now so it’s not the only problematic part (got some acne and dryness going on).
