Convulsive syncope? 26F

Hi guys, looking for some reassurance.

Im currently fighting a pretty bad cold virus and had a fainting episode yesterday. I stood up from bed to go brush my teeth, stretched when I got in the bathroom and suddenly felt nauseous light headed vision going black. I’ve experienced this multiple times before but this hit very hard. I stumbled towards my bed to lay as it passes like I usually do but this time it hit way harder and faster, I don’t usually have a full faint. That’s the last I remember.

When I came to my head and upper half of my body was on the bed, lower half of my body limp/hanging off the bed. I could feel my head kind of jerking rhythmically a few times before my consciousness fully caught up and I thought “am I having a seizure???” I then slowly got up laid in bed and processed what had just happened. I was not confused, I remembered how I ended up where I was and had the typical kind of eerie calm feeling for maybe 10 minutes after before I became anxious about what had just happened.

I believe the entire episode from getting out of bed to go into the washroom and checking my phone after getting up was about 3 minutes according to my texts.

I have a dr appointment booked for this Wednesday but I still feel really unsettled by this event, mostly scared about seizure activity. I’ve fainted maybe 5 times in my life, presyncope more than I can count. But this experience felt different as I felt my head/neck jerking/twitching. It didn’t feel aggressive just I was aware of it.

Hoping someone has had a similar experience and can chime in. Thank you 🙏🏼
