This moron uploaded this to tiktok. Conservation is aware. DONT BE THIS PERSON! Leave wildlife alone. It’s so depressing that these bears could be killed because of this persons actions. Unacceptable. (Video taken from the persons tiktok which I then found on a FB group. He has since deleted the tiktok.)
