So I’m gonna get FFS consults soon and want to have an idea of what to ask for. I don’t hate my face from the front so I’m tempted to do something subtle, but my profile is so awful.

Anyhow, after the first pic, here are a bunch of unflattering pics from various angles. I welcome recommendations for what I should ask to have done as well as what I should prioritize.

Since safety is my priority I need honesty.

Btw I am 46, 4 years HRT.
