How?

How do I get to a mill in my account?

*Single parent of a toddler, $50k in debt (consolidated personal loan), renting, professional earning $146k before taxes, hoping to go up to $250k + a year by 2028. Thank you.

I posted this on one group and tried to cross - post here but didn't work well. Just curious about people's experiences.

For those die - hard wannabe (surgeons particularly) who didn't make it into your desired specialty and had to switch to something completely different, how did you cope? Did you feel like a "failure"? Any regrets? If given the chance, would you go back to your first love? Not talking about people who started on what they thought was their dream specialty and realized it was actually a nightmare and decided to switch. Talking about those who were really passionate about a specialty, tried your utmost best, didn't make it and HAD to do something else.
