I am working with an Apparel brand to find a 3PL partner so that they can scale the volumes, I am already speaking to a few, but would love to get more quotes in the mix. I have added all the details here - https://forms.gle/dfh4zBrLnddBY7916

If this is in your wheelhouse, would love to have a conversation

15+ years in supply chain operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and demand planning across India, Southeast Asia, GCC, and North America.

I have managed operations for 3PLs running 60+ warehouses and worked hands-on with 21+ DTC brands across apparel, beauty, luxury, and fashion accessories. 10M+ orders fulfilled. $350M+ in GMV. Peak-season volumes of 15,000-20,000 orders/day.

I am opening up fractional capacity as Head of Operations / COO for DTC, e-commerce, and multi-channel brands. Also open to working with 3PLs looking to tighten their operations or scale into new verticals.

Problems I solve:

Fulfillment cost audits, 3PL selection, carrier rate renegotiation (7-18% shipping cost savings across past engagements)

Demand forecasting and inventory planning, particularly for fashion and apparel where seasonality and SKU complexity make generic models useless

Procurement workflow digitization: auto-triggered POs, supplier performance tracking, and goods-received automation

Inventory allocation between wholesale and DTC channels, reducing dead stock while keeping fill rates above 95%

Cross-border fulfillment setup, especially India-to-GCC, India-to-UK, and India-to-North America corridors

Marketplace integrations and ops: Amazon FBA/Vendor Central, Walmart DSV, Flipkart, Shopee, Lazada, Nykaa, Myntra

Warehouse process standardization for 3PLs scaling from 1,000 to 200,000+ orders/month

AI and automation across supply chain workflows, from forecasting engines to intelligent procurement

I work with brands doing a few thousand orders a month all the way up to 200,000+. Remote, 15-20 hrs/week, retainer or project-based.

If your ops stack is leaking margin and you know it but haven’t had the bandwidth to fix it, happy to do a 30-minute diagnostic. If nothing, we could exchange a few ideas on Ops and learn from each other in that meeting.
