1 1/4“ bike stem with high rise

I’m looking for a handlebar stem with a 1 1/4” steerer clamp and as much rise as possible. I found one with 17°, but I’d prefer something with a larger angle.

I’m looking for a handlebar stem with a 1 1/4” steerer clamp (Canyon Grizl 5) and a steep angle to get the handlebar as high as possible. The issue is that the standard size for most bikes is 1 1/8”, so options in 1 1/4” are very limited. I’ve found one with a 17° rise, but I’d ideally like something around 30° or more, or possibly an adjustable stem. Does anyone know of such a product?
Background:
Due to a hip issue (CAM impingement), I should avoid deep hip flexion until surgery in autumn to prevent further damage to the labrum and cartilage. To keep riding in the meantime, I need to maintain as upright a riding position as possible.
→ Higher handlebar → less forward lean → reduced relative hip flexion while pedaling.
